These terms govern your use of techpigeon.org and novussparks.si and your purchase of our services. By using our websites or buying our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide IT training and boot camps, cloud hosting, domain registration, and AI software products (NovusSparks AI). Service descriptions and prices on our websites are part of your order.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of order through our secure online checkout (cards via Bank Alfalah) or other stated methods.
We may change prices at any time, but the price at the time of your order applies to that order.

4. Accounts

Some services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for anything illegal, to infringe anyone's rights, to distribute malware, or to abuse our systems. We may suspend or terminate services that violate this clause, with or without notice for serious abuse.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, course materials, and software remain our property or that of our licensors. Course materials are for your personal learning only and may not be redistributed.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability (our hosting plans carry a 99.9% uptime SLA as stated on the hosting page) but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
